The location of the hotel was quite a distance from major attractions in the area and having a car was essential. the breakfast offered a good variety of typical Italian dishes. the staff was very helpful in providing information about the area.
One aspect of the hotel was disappointing, and it detracted from the overall experience.

As a traveler who has visited this hotel, I must say that its beauty is unparalleled. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from its immaculate cleanliness to its convenient parking. Situated at a convenient location, transportation was never an issue. I particularly loved the breakfast with its typical Italian coffee and Dolci spread. The staff, especially Adele, was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Cannot find any fault. This hotel was an absolute delight to stay in, and I can't wait to recommend it to others.

The surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful. It was really great to be able to kick back and relax in such a peaceful place. Another perk was the tasty breakfast every morning. Plus, it was close to some amazing off the beaten track locations.
The location was too far from major tourist attractions and it was very difficult to get around. Not to mention that the staff was not particularly helpful.

The stunning Italian castle ambiance, fantastic base to explore Apulia, informative and hospitable staff, delicious and varied breakfast spread, charming villages and beaches to explore beyond Otranto.
Nothing, all great.

The breakfast spread was very nice, and there were a lot of options for food. the location was quite remote, which was good to get away from the hustle and bustle. It was also pretty easy to get to other places nearby by car. the rooms were quite clean and comfortable, which made it easier to get a good night's sleep before a busy day.
The WiFi was not very reliable and I found that quite frustrating when I needed to get some work done. getting to the hotel from the airport was a bit of a challenge because the directions weren't very clear.
